New Staff - Guild Wars Forums

Hi everyone!I just joined Guild Wars Guru

I just found a staff today while doing quests in Cavalon,it was dropped by a Naga.The details are below:
Siska's Staff
Energy+10
Chaos Dmg 11-22 (req 9 Illusion Magic)
Halves Casting Time for Inspiration Magic Spells(20% Chance)
Halves Skill of Recharge Skills(20% chance)
Health+30
Energy+5
Both Handed

I read on Wiki that it was a 20/20 staff,but I have no clue what it is worth, so if anybody knows a price range,plz tell me.Thx!
